  • Absolutely! While our printable inserts are designed primarily for printing, they are also PDF files, which makes them compatible with PDF annotation apps like GoodNotes, Notability, OneNote, and more.

    Though most inserts are not hyperlinked (unless specified), they work seamlessly on devices like ReMarkable, KindleScribe, and Kobo Libra as well.

  • Planners: No, the files are locked and cannot be edited. If you’re looking for customizations, we offer a Custom Order service to tailor our designs to your specific needs.

    Templates: Our Notion and Canva templates are fully customizable.

  • Printing your inserts is simple! Each product comes with print-ready PDF files in A5, A4, and US Letter sizes. We recommend selecting 'Actual Size' in your printer settings to ensure everything lines up correctly. Do not "scale" to any % of the page. Also, make sure that you choose the right paper size.

    For the best results, use high-quality paper that suits your printer’s specifications.

    And if you’d prefer to skip the hassle, we offer an add-on service where we handle the printing for you. Let us print any of the inserts from our shop and ship them straight to your door, ready for use!

  • Our lines are designed to be a soft gray for a minimalist look. If they appear too light, check your printer settings and adjust the brightness or darkness. Ensure your toner or ink cartridges are functioning properly, as some monochrome printers may not print grays clearly.

  • Physical Orders: We will send a confirmation email and tracking information once your item has shipped. Our aim is to get all orders processed and shipped within two business days, unless noted otherwise on the product listing.

    Digital Orders: You will receive an email from us immediately after purchase. The email will contain a link to download your files.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product. However, domestic shipments are shipped via USPS and generally take approximately 2-3 business days to receive once shipped.

    We always ship with tracking, so you can easily monitor your order's journey to you.

    Digital products are available immediately, while physical products typically ship within 3-5 business days.

  • Due to the nature of our digital products, they are non-refundable.

    For physical items, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Custom items are not eligible for return.
